FRENCH AND SAUNDERS (1987-2017)

The adult oversized one piece costume was bespoke made for a BBC Television production, circa 1990's. Still retains the interior costumier branded label and BBC wardrobe coded tag. It was common practice for the BBC to purposely remove any name and production title tags from costumes, after production use, once returned to their in house wardrobe department.

As this costume was obtained along with identified French and Saunders production used costumes it is likely this costume was also made for the same television series, for Dawn French, although its exact use has, as of yet, not been determined.
