The Propmasters Certificate of Authenticity (COA) provided with each production used item is an important document that will accompany your purchase.

History and Provenance is essential with many collecting fields but none more so than within the prop world. Your Certificate will potentially aid the sale of your item if you decide to part with it in the future and is a constant guarantee of the item's authenticity.

The COA features the embossed Propmasters seal of authenticity, an exclusive Hologram, item/production detail and every COA is individually hand signed directly by the proprietor of Propmasters. It is a path of history of source and although individual ownership may change hands several times, with the aid of the Propmasters COA, the respected reputable initial source can always be pinpointed.

The Propmasters COA also doubles as your money back guarantee should, for any reason, you request to return any given item.

If, for any reason, you are not happy with your purchase within 31 days of receipt, the cost of the item may be refunded to you in the same manner as originally processed (i.e. payment plans refunded in same instalments) upon return of the item. Postage costs incurred can not be refunded. 

The Propmasters Money Back Guarantee covers the guaranteed authenticity of each item for a full year subsequent to your purchase date. If for any such independently proven and agreed reason you are not happy with the authenticity of the item purchased, you may return it within twelve  months of that purchase date for a full refund of the original cost of the item. Postage costs incurred can not be refunded.
